Our mission is to impact and empower women to grow in their relationship with the Lord. We are committed to helping women discover their gifts, develop their talents, and use them for ministry.
Through mentorship, outreach, and special events, we encourage women to uplift and support one another while reaching others with the love of Christ. We also strive to promote spiritual and emotional wholeness through consistent prayer and the study of God’s Word.
Women Encouraging Women President
Elder Jacqueline Pierce, wife of Pastor Pelham Pierce, is a devoted mother of three daughters, grandmother of three, and longtime resident of Providence, Rhode Island who has faithfully served her community and ministry with compassion. With over 20 years in healthcare, including work as a substance abuse counselor and in shelters supporting women, she is deeply committed to restoration, healing, and encouragement. A bold woman of prayer, she shares God’s transformative love with authenticity and grace. Alongside her daughter Brittney, she helps lead and build up women through ministry, and as a founder of Women Encouraging Women Ministry, her mission is to create a welcoming space where women can grow spiritually, find sisterhood, and walk in purpose.
