Email requests will be sent starting on Sunday, January 18, 2026, until Sunday, April 12, 2026.

In Person pickup will start on Sunday, January 25, 2026, and each Sunday thereafter until Sunday, April 12, 2026.

Documents will be mailed starting January 25, 2026, until April 5, 2026.
