A message from our Pastor, 

Church Family, we entered the Lenten Season on February 18th. This is the beginning of a 40-day journey of consecration. This is not a mere tradition or a routine fast; it is a divine invitation to intimacy with God. This journey is a strategic movement toward the Cross and the empty tomb.

​I am calling on every participant to fast at least one meal daily as an act of surrender. Beyond food, I challenge you to prayerfully set aside any distractions—media, habits, or comforts—that compete for your spiritual attention.

​This is our season to:

• Quiet the flesh so the spirit may rise.
• Decrease so that Christ may increase.
• Realign our hearts for the work ahead.

​We aren't just giving things up; we are making room. As we move toward Palm Sunday and Resurrection Sunday, let us position ourselves for clarity, conviction, endurance, and fresh fire. God honors consecrated people. 

I invite you into a season of repentance, purification, and renewed devotion. When we draw near to Him, He faithfully draws near to us. This is not merely a period of "giving things up"—it is a season of making room for the presence of God.

The Daily Rhythm

​Each day of your journey consists of four pillars:

• ​Theme: Your spiritual focus.
• ​Scripture: Your biblical anchor.
• ​Prayer: Your guided conversation with God.
• ​Action: Your practical step of fast or reflection.

​The Commitment

​To position ourselves for "fresh fire," I ask every participant to commit to:

• ​The Daily Fast: Abstain from at least one meal daily as an act of surrender.
• ​Digital & Personal Sacrifice: Prayerfully limit media, social distractions, and habits that compete for your spiritual attention.

​The Goal: We aren’t just "giving things up"—we are making room for God.

The Roadmap

​The following day-by-day, Scripture-anchored guide is designed to lead us as a corporate body. Together, we will move through stages of purification and surrender, positioning ourselves to receive the clarity, conviction, and "fresh fire" that God promises to those who seek Him.

DAYS 1-10: HEART EXAMINATION & REPENTANCE

(Preparing the soil)

DAY: 1 - 02/18/2026

Theme: A Call to Consecration

Scripture: JOEL 2:12-13

Prayer: (Thought) Lord, I return to You with all my heart. Tear away pride, not just appearance. Have mercy on me. Restore me by Your grace.”

Application: Write a personal consecration prayer.

DAY: 2 - 02/19/2026 

Theme: Search Me, O God

Scripture: PSALM 139:23-24

Prayer: (Thought) Reveal what grieves You. Cleanse my heart. Lead me in Your everlasting way.

Application: Invite the Holy Spirit to reveal hidden sin or distractions.

DAY: 3 - 02/20/2026

Theme: Brokenness Before God

Scripture: PSALM 51:10-12

Prayer: (Thought) Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away. Restore the joy of Your salvation.

Application: Repent specifically, not generally.

DAY: 4 - 02/21/2026

Theme: Turning from Compromise

Scripture: ISAIAH 1:16-18

Prayer: (Thought) Wash me, Lord. Teach me to do good. Turn me from evil. Make me clean as snow.

Application: Identify one area of compromise to surrender.

DAY: 5 - 02/22/2026

Theme: Humbling the Flesh

Scripture: GALATIANS 5:16-17

Prayer: (Thought) Holy Spirit, lead me. Strengthen me to deny the flesh. Align my desires with Yours. Help me walk in You.

Application: Begin or intensify fasting or refraining from media, or a specific habit today.

Theme: Cleansing the Mind

Scripture: ROMANS 12:1-2

Prayer: (Thought) Lord, I offer myself to You. Renew my mind. Transform my heart. Let my life please You.

Application: Eliminate ungodly media or conversations.

Theme: Fear of the Lord

Scripture: PROVERBS 9:10

Prayer: (Thought) Lord, teach me to fear You. Give me true wisdom. Keep me humble before You.

Application: Meditate on God’s holiness.

Theme: Confession & Healing

Scripture: I JOHN 1:7-9

Prayer: (Thought) Father, I confess my sin. Cleanse me by Your light. Wash me in Jesus’ blood. Keep me walking in truth.

Application: Confess and receive cleansing.

Theme: Restoring First Love

Scripture: REVELATION 2:4-5

Prayer: (Thought) Lord, restore my first love. Forgive my drifting heart. Call me back to You. Help me return and obey.

Application: Recall when your devotion was strongest.

Theme: A Clean Vessel

Scripture: II TIMOTHY 2:20-21

Prayer: (Thought) Lord, cleanse me for Your use. Purge what dishonors You. Make me a vessel for honor. Ready me for every good work.

Application: Separate from false teaching and ungodly behavior. Refuse attitudes, relationships, and habits that contaminate your witness. Daily repentance keeps the vessel clean.

Theme: Set Apart for God

Scripture: LEVITICUS 20:7-8

Prayer: (Thought) Holy God, set me apart for You. Sanctify my life. Help me obey Your Word. Keep me holy as You are holy.

Application: Declare your life as holy unto the Lord.

DAY 12 - 03/01/2026 

Theme: Lordship of Christ

Scripture: LUKE 9:23

Prayer: (Thought) Lord Jesus, Teach me to deny myself. Help me take up my cross daily. Let me follow You fully.

Application: Lay down personal ambitions.

DAY 13 - 03/02/2026 

Theme: Dying to Self

Scripture: JOHN 12:24

Prayer: (Thought) Lord, let me die to self. Bury pride and fear. Bring forth fruit from my surrender. Glorify Yourself through me.

Application: Surrender control.

Prayer: (Thought) Lord, deepen my hunger for righteousness. Fill my thirsty soul. Satisfy me with Yourself.
